Inaugural Ball | Stop Hypertension Gala

Chasing Health Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, that caters to the health of people in underserved communities through blood pressure screening and disease management. Hypertension is the primary risk factor for cardiovascular disease and stroke. It is also linked to vascular dementia, kidney disease and blindness.

Our goal is to bring more awareness to the community about high blood pressure, and push for preventative measures such as lifestyle modifications. Join the many nurses, doctors, healthcare providers, community members and sponsors, as we raise funds to stop hypertension before it stops us.
